The Asian menu is presented by our talented chef Chen Fan Chin. His style is distinguished by attention to details, love to unusual sauces, fresh flavoring combinations and the highest requirements to quality of products.

Chef Tiziano Valenti of the Italian menu, provides to capital foodies rare opportunity to taste the real Italian home cooking. Tiziano is originally from Rome, he is the hereditary culinary specialist and the owner of his own family restaurant. His mission is to bring to Muscovites authentic Italian cuisine, it is no secret, that in most Moscow restaurants Italian cuisine is very different from that prepared in Italy. Tiziano uses family recipes, he is in love with Russia and knows the tastes of his guests . He is open to dialogue, and for the chef it is a right path to success.

The Japanese menu is submitted by chef Vito Jacuro whose experience and talent allow our guests to enjoy the most popular and tasty dishes of Japan: the freshest wild fish, sea urchin roe, shellfish and more delivered to the restaurant straight from the Tokyo market. Awesome sushi and rolls surprise even the most sophisticated public.
